Home Care Advantage, LLC is seeking a Caregiver with 2 years or more professional experience to provide in-home care for an elderly woman in Bethel, Connecticut. The role involves working closely with a care team and ensuring excellent quality of care according to a comprehensive care plan.

The ideal candidate will provide companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility, while also managing medication reminders and personal care. Certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA is required. The position offers various benefits including overtime pay and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more professional experience needed.
• Driver's License, reliable car, and auto insurance required.
• Pass a criminal background check (paid by agency).

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and personal care for the client.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Manage medication reminders and mobility assistance.

Caregiver with 2 years or more professional experience needed to provide in-home care for an elderly woman in Bethel, Connecticut. (Private Residence).

• 10 Hour Shift
• 9:30 am to 7:30 pm
• CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification required

You will be part of a care team, working closely with our agency's care manager. You will be responsible for providing excellent quality of care following a comprehensive care plan.
