Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home.

Our caregivers support daily living activities, offer companionship, and provide emotional support. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules with travel to client homes and ongoing guidance from office staff are available.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening (Required)
• Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of identification (SSN or Passport)
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (but not always required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, hygiene
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• Follow care plans and document services provided
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly
