Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene).
• Help with mobility around home or during doctor visits and outings.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Complete shopping or accompany to appointments.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office.
