Job summary

Right at Home Utah County in Orem is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide essential personal care for clients. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, cooking, light housekeeping, and running errands.

The ideal candidates should have adult care experience, a caring demeanor, and the ability to respond quickly. We're offering a flexible schedule with paid training and various shifts available.

Qualifications

• Adult care experience is required.
• CNA is preferred for applicants.
• Should possess a caring demeanor and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities for clients.
• Assist in cooking and warming food.
• Help clients with mobility and positioning.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Run errands and attend appointments.
• Remind clients about medication and exercises.

Shift Schedule

Our shifts range from 2 to 10 hours depending on the need. We can also do back to back shifts (paid travel between clients!).

• Days
• Nights
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts

How often? You get to choose how often you work! We offer weekly scheduled shifts and PRN's for one time coverages. As little as 1 shift per month is required for PRN. Requested minimum of 12 hours per week from our caregivers.

This line of care is very dependent on our clients needs. We will do our best to provide consistent set schedules but this is a position where communication is key. We ask for quick responses via messaging to make the process even easier, provide you with the hours you want, as well as the care that is needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client care includes personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, such as...
• Warming up or cooking food
• Helping client move or change position
• Light housekeeping
• Personal hygiene and dressing (ADL's- showers, toileting, etc.)
• Errands or appointments
• Medication reminders, exercises, etc.
