Position: In-Home Caregiver
Location: Greater Lansing Area- DeWitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Williamston, Lansing, Mason, Holt, Dimondale, Eaton Rapids, Grand Ledge
Hours: Part-Time Hours– Flexible Shifts: Daytime, Afternoons, Evenings
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hr

About the Role:
We are seeking professional, compassionate, and committed individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Make a meaningful impact by offering companionship and care, directly improving the lives of individuals in your community.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, and grooming) ensuring our client's dignity and comfort.

• Providing companionship and emotional support.

• Preparing meals and helping with groceries.

• Light housekeeping and laundry.

• Medication reminders.

• Running errands and transportation to appointments.

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.

• Must have experience as a caregiver, whether through professional roles or personal caregiving experience.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety protocols.

Schedule:
Our shift times vary as we based them on our clients and their specific needs. Most schedules are 4 hour shifts. The more open your availability the more opportunities our Scheduler has to find your perfect match!
