Agrace Hospicecare is seeking a dedicated Age at Home Caregiver to provide essential support to clients in daily living activities. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, focusing on client-centered care and companionship. The position operates Monday to Friday during the day shift, promoting a meaningful impact in the lives of those served.
Location: Dane County
Full-time 1.0 FTE (40/week) | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm | No Weekends
Valid Driver’s license + reliable vehicle required

How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)
The Age at Home Caregiver is responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living including eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, and walking or moving around. Caregivers may also provide housekeeping assistance, running errands, and companionship duties.
