Job summary

Village Caregiving - Green Bay is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home care in Kentucky. No prior caregiving experience is required as training is provided.

You’ll assist with daily activities, meals, mobility, personal care, and companionship while following care plans and safety guidelines. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and able to work independently, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
  • Willingness to follow health and safety standards and established care procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping and meal preparation, with the ability to follow dietary restrictions.
  • Must be respectful, compassionate, dependable, and have a caring bedside manner.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete required physical tasks.
  • Physical endurance necessary to assist clients with daily activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
