Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking in‑home caregivers to provide one‑on‑one care for seniors in Waynesville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. You’ll support daily activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, following an individualized Plan of Care and staying connected with the care team.

Roles offer full‑time and part‑time hours with opportunities across various shifts. You’ll build relationships, gain trust, and help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their homes.

• Observe clients’ well‑being and communicate changes to the team.
• Follow each client’s Plan of Care for clear care direction.
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, routines, and quality of life.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver with Visiting Angels of WNC, you’ll provide one-on-one care to seniors throughout Asheville and surrounding counties, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

We want our caregivers to feel prepared, informed, and supported when they walk into a client’s home. You’ll work from an individualized Plan of Care and stay connected with our team so you understand your client’s needs and what is expected during your visits.

Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, you’ll have access to a variety of shifts and scheduling options.

Most importantly, you won’t just be filling a shift. You’ll be building relationships and becoming someone our clients can trust and look forward to seeing.

What You’ll Do:

Employment Type & Availability:

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with short and long shifts available seven days a week.

This is an in‑person caregiving position serving clients throughout Waynesville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas.
