Visiting Angels of WNC seeks caring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. You’ll work from an individualized Plan of Care, staying connected with our team to meet client needs during visits.
We offer full-time and part-time shifts seven days a week, with flexible scheduling and a focus on building trust and meaningful connections with clients who value independence and dignity at home.
At Visiting Angels, we believe great care starts with caring for the people who provide it.
Our caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by assisting with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and more.
But caregiving is about much more than completing a list of tasks. It’s about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and knowing that the work you do truly matters.
That’s why our philosophy is simple: Care ABOUT the client, not just care for them. And we believe that same sense of care and respect should extend to the caregivers who make our mission possible.
With both short and long shifts available, we offer a variety of scheduling opportunities for caregivers looking for meaningful work that can fit into their lives.
As an In-Home Caregiver with Visiting Angels of WNC, you’ll provide one-on-one care to seniors throughout Asheville and surrounding counties, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
We want our caregivers to feel prepared, informed, and supported when they walk into a client’s home. You’ll work from an individualized Plan of Care and stay connected with our team so you understand your client’s needs and what is expected during your visits.
Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, you’ll have access to a variety of shifts and scheduling options.
Most importantly, you won’t just be filling a shift. You’ll be building relationships and becoming someone our clients can trust and look forward to seeing.
