Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring an in-home caregiver or CNA to assist seniors in the St. Cloud area. Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time hours, wage starting at $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, Caregivers may enroll in CNA training and earn $20/hour upon certification.

We provide a supportive team, potential free CNA classes, and ongoing opportunities for education advancement. Prioritize client confidentiality and high-quality personal care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares.
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.
