Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Sauk Rapids, MN is hiring an in-home caregiver or CNA to assist seniors in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options.

The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs. After 5 months, Caregivers may enroll in our CNA training program and receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification. Benefits include weekly pay and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Requirements

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
