Community Horizons is assisting a local member to find a friendly, compassionate, and reliable person to provide care in their home setting of Tomah, WI. As a staff member, you would help with light cooking and cleaning, as well as personal assistance and care. Shifts are mornings, mid-day, or evenings.

Member utilizes Self-Directed services which empowers independence and freedom of choice

Pay Rate

$18-20 per hour - Part-time, On-Call

Duties Include

Schedule

Part-time or On-Call flexible hours-

Weekday and every other Weekend split shifts for AM, Mid-day, & PM shifts (typically 1-2 hours each)
