Community Horizons is assisting a local member to find a friendly, compassionate, and reliable person to provide care in their home setting of Tomah, WI. As a staff member, you would help with light cooking and cleaning, as well as personal assistance and care. Shifts are mornings, mid-day, or evenings.

Member uses Self-Directed services which empowers independence and freedom of choice

Pay Rate

$18-20 per hour

Schedule-- Part-time on Weekends (1-2 hour split shifts), On-Call
