Job summary

Brighter Days Home Care LLC is seeking reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Tennessee. The role is available part-time or full-time with overnight shifts (9am-9pm) and competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and health monitoring. Prior experience is preferred but not required; strong communication is essential for coordinating with families and care teams.

Qualifications

Brighter Days Home Care is a family-owned and operated Home Care Agency currently serving over 250 clients across Tennessee. We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

If you’re a Home Health Aide (HHA), Caregiver, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) looking for meaningful part-time work—you’ve found the right place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and document changes in client health or behavior
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and care teams

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA preferred but not required
• A kind, patient, and client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
