Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Sterling seeks compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home while building meaningful relationships.

You’ll follow care plans, travel to client homes within our service area, and contribute to a supportive team that values your dedication. Certifications, a valid license, and English proficiency are required. Expect 20–40 hours per week with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active PCA, HHA, DSP, or CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• At least one full weekend per month.
• Dependable, professional, and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, companionship, ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands.
• Document care and report changes in client condition.
• Follow client care plans and complete required training.

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel throughout our service area.
