Village Caregiving is seeking a Direct Support Professional or licensed CNA to provide personalized care in the lives of clients in Nebraska. Candidates should have a commitment to service, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients as they assist with daily living activities.

Position Summary:We are seeking a Direct Support Professional or licensed CNA to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. We are looking to staff 2 clients in Potter and Kimball, NE for a total of approximately 32 hrs of weekly work.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred. But anyone with a heart for providing care is encouraged to apply!
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
