Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Join our team at Village Caregiving, where we provide exceptional non-medical home care services to help our clients live comfortably and independently in their homes.

Position Summary:We are seeking a Direct Support Professional or licensed CNA to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. We are looking to staff 2 clients in Potter and Kimball, NE for a total of approximately 32 hrs of weekly work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred. But anyone with a heart for providing care is encouraged to apply!

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.
