ameriCARE Twin Cities North is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily support to help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Competenze

• Punctual, dependable with a consistent schedule.
• Experience in caregiving or home/community care preferred.
• Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience and empathy.
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals per dietary needs.
• CPR or First Aid certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks as mandated by state regulations.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
