Home Instead is seeking an In Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to aging adults in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. The role offers part-time or full-time shifts, daytime to overnight and weekend options, with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and one-on-one support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Help clients with daily routines and activities of daily living
• Support clients with mobility and safe movement as needed
• Provide consistent, dependable care while respecting each client’s independence and dignity
