Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers in Detroit, MI. Earn $15.25–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit. You’ll perform essential caregiving tasks and receive ongoing training, with support from a dedicated team 24/7.

You’ll use our mobile app for real-time updates and scheduling while building lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
• Support from a 24/7 team and access to a mobile app for updates and earnings tracking.

Requirements
