Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to provide in-home elder care across Tarkio, Fairfax, Rockport and Craig Area. Roles include both part-time and full-time shifts with flexible scheduling and support from a local office.

Caregivers will offer companionship, daily living assistance, mobility support and light housekeeping, helping seniors maintain independence in their own homes. Competitive pay and incentive bonuses are available, along with training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support - Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Mobility Support - Help with transfers, light exercise, and fall prevention
• Nutrition - Prepare meals tailored to individual requirements and preferences
• Light Housekeeping - Help keep the client's home tidy and clean
• Health Management - Follow care plans , Medication reminders, Report changes in condition or concerns timely
• Transportation - Transport clients to medical appointments, or community activities as needed
