Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household tasks, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, follow traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Experience & License Requirements

• Six months of home care experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
