Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes with daily living activities, transportation, and companionship. You will follow established care plans, monitor client conditions, and communicate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks; caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up

• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs

• Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship to clients

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
