Job summary

Blakeford Senior Life is seeking an at-home caregiver to support seniors in their own homes within the Greater Metro Nashville area and Williamson County. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep and accompany clients to appointments.

CPR certification and a high school diploma are required, with at least 2 years of caregiving experience preferred. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits, aligned with our mission to help seniors live

Responsibilities

• Aid seniors in their homes to support their goal to live and age in place.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide non-skilled homemaking assistance to clients returning home from hospital or rehab facilities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist them in/out of the vehicle and with ambulation.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.

As a Blakeford At-Home Caregiver, You Will

• Aid seniors in their homes, supporting their goal to live and maintain a safe environment as they age in place.
• Assist clients with their activities of daily living.
• Provide non-skilled homemaking assistance to clients returning home from hospital and/or rehab facilities.
• Accompany clients during scheduled appointments as needed. Assist them in and out of the vehicle and with ambulation throughout appointment.
• Provide light housekeeping services including sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with laundry and meal prep.
