Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Southeast Georgia is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients’ homes in Nahunta, GA. You will work closely with families to tailor daily living assistance and ensure safety and comfort.

You can work Full-Time or Part-Time with flexible day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts to fit your schedule. This role focuses on meaningful, independent-living support that helps clients maintain quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping for safety and comfort.
• Provide medication reminders per care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments.
• Support daily activities to enhance quality of life.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure each client receives the compassionate assistance they need. You’ll have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with schedules that may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation to enhance their well-being.
2. Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with flexible scheduling available from Monday through Sunday.

This position is on-site only in Nahunta, Georgia.
