Qualifications

  • Must have PCA, HHA, or CNA license or at least 6 months of caregiving experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

As a caregiver on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes to ensure they are living positive and purposeful lives. This role allows you to connect personally with seniors and make a positive impact on their health and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
  • Assist seniors with daily tasks such as meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, personal care, and social activities
  • Accompany seniors to grocery stores, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
  • Organize transportation, ambulation, and transfers
  • Encourage activity and movement
  • Inspire a positive attitude towards daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies
  • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment at home
Job Qualifications:
  • PCA, HHA, and CNA license or at least 6 months professional caregiving experience
  • Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent references
  • Genuine concern for helping people
  • Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen

Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar is strongly considered.

This position is based at our Lubbock office, located at 2517 74th Street, Lubbock, TX, 79423, serving the Lubbock, Levelland, Post, and Idalou areas, with possible travel to those locations.
