Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• In-home caregiving experience supporting elderly clients with ADLs.
• Experience creating a safe, effective caregiving environment.
• Good listening, information analysis and quality focus.
• Dependable and punctual for scheduled visits.
• Physical ability to reach, lift up to 50 lbs., and assist transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
• Helping with general light housekeeping.
• Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.
• Observing and reporting on a patient’s condition.
• Keeping up with in-service training.
• Entering patient records daily and reporting any changes to the supervisor.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
• Helping with general light housekeeping.
• Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.
• Observing and reporting on a patient’s condition.
• Keeping up with in-service training.
• Enters patients records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; incidents and observations, reports any changes in patients’ physical condition and/or behavior; observes and documents the health and emotional condition of each patient; promptly reports any changes to the supervisor

Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:
