Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to our clients. As a caregiver, you will play a key role in improving the daily lives of our clients and supporting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support

  • Provide companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Support light housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, dishes, sweeping)

  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding support

  • Offer medication reminders.

  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

  • Observe and report changes in client health or environment to supervisors

  • Follow individualized care plans and adhere to agency policies

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Washington State HCA or CNA license (or ability to obtain within required timeline)

  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start date)

  • Background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

  • Ability to lift, turn or move clients as needed.
  • Professional, patient, and respectful demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care,immobility or hospice support

  • Previous care giving experience (Professional or personal)

  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
