Job description

We are looking for a dependable PART TIME in-home caregiver for a 61-year-old female client in Lancaster, KY. This client needs assistance with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. The schedule will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12PM to 5PM. This position requires schedule consistency.

Here at Allied Adult, we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home. Each patient has different needs, and we will match you accordingly based on your experience level and personality. We understand that entering homes of strangers can be nerve-wracking, so we offer meet and greets where you can introduce yourself to the patient and learn about their story and care plan.

Our goal is to treat our clients as we would our own family. We are very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability. We use maps to inform you of how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home when possible.

The onboarding process is completed online through our employee portal. After completing paperwork, background checks, and drug screens, we conduct an online video call orientation.
