REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support for individuals with developmental needs in Minnesota. The position is part-time at $18.00 per hour with a flexible schedule and no overnights.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting daily activities, and helping participants achieve personal goals while maintaining safety and dignity in the home. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Competenze

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one settings.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain participant dignity and safety.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support participants in achieving personal goals (e.g., budgeting, nutrition, exercise).
• Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between homes.

Wage: 18.00 hourly

Parttime: working with individuals in their home 1 on 1

Monday 11am-1pm &3:30 pm-7:30pm

Tuesday 11am-1pm& 5:00 pm-7:30 pm

Wednesday 1pm-3pm &3:30pm- 7:30pm.

Thursday 11am-1pm& 2pm-5pm

• Flexible schedule (no overnights; no weekends)

• No personal cares, medication administration or lifting/transferring
• Working 1:1 to support individuals
