Job summary

Sevita is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide 1:1 in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities while fostering growth and independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care with a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in human services, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance proof preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 daily living support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal hygiene and basic care as needed.
• Support participants in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement.

Wage: 18.00 hourly

Parttime: working with individuals in their home 1 on 1

Monday 11am-1pm &3:30 pm-7:30pm

Tuesday 11am-1pm& 5:00 pm-7:30 pm

Wednesday 1pm-3pm &3:30pm- 7:30pm.

Thursday 11am-1pm& 2pm-5pm

• Flexible schedule (no overnights; no weekends)
