Job Summary

Premium Choice Home Care is seeking an In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team in Idaho Falls. As part of this position, you will assist client(s) with daily living activities and make a positive difference in their lives. This may include providing one-on-one companion care, light housekeeping, assistance with hygiene, cooking meals and detailed charting of cares provided.

Full-time & part-time positions are available in both IDAHO FALLS.

Compensation is competitive, based on license and experience, and will be determined during the interview process.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities as outlined in state care plan
• Provide personal care to each client
• Effectively communicate ongoing care and updates to relevant parties
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment for clients
• Keep a detailed record of all cares provided
• Ensure privacy / HIPPA standards are upheld
• Build positive rapport with client
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Previous experience in home care or other related fields (preferred)
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have personal transportation
• CNA license (preferred)
