Job summary

Senior Helpers Greater San Antonio is hiring caregivers to provide quality in-home senior care throughout Helotes and surrounding areas. Our team supports older adults with non-medical care that keeps them safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

If you have experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA, we want to meet you. We offer competitive pay based on experience, flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts), paid training, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred
• CNA or HHA certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality senior care
• Comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Document care notes and communicate changes to the office
