Job summary

Senior Helpers Greater San Antonio is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home senior care in Alamo Heights and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship to help older adults stay safe and independent at home.

We offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality senior care.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Transport to appointments or errands; document care notes and communicate changes to the office.

We support older adults with non‑medical home care services that help them remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
