Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Duties: - Transfers to and from bed, wheelchair, and toilet - Sponge or in-shower bathing - Dressing, grooming - Assist with toileting - Breakfast assist (meal prep) - ROM (range of motion) in AM - Empty catheter bag - Accompany shopping - Meal prep - Laundry - Housekeeping

Possible Schedule/Shifts: Flexible scheduling, rotating weekends, 3.5 hours in AM - 3 hours in PM (hours can be between 2 workers)

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Skills: - Assist transfer of client safely - Direct support experience is highly desirable - Must be ok with cats - Must pass a background check
