Right at Home Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a dependable, compassionate In-Home Caregiver to assist clients in Coggon, IA and surrounding areas with companion and personal care. The role includes light housework, transportation, and activities the client enjoys, with training provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, transfers, meals, and reminders, along with providing safe, respectful care in the client's home and coordinating with the agency's policies

Qualifications

• No experience required; training and mentoring provided.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal cares: showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers.
• Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate.

Job description

Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Coggon Iowa and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. There is no level of experience or training required as we provide a training and mentoring program to help you be successful.

We are looking for help 2 times a week for a Veteran!

Compensation and Benefits for a In-Home Caregiver:
