Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Tennessee is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals with IDD, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to grow, with shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours and options for full-time, part-time or PRN roles across Montgomery County. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and ADLs.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour

Earn Even More With Premium Pay Opportunities

+ $1 per hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked

• Monday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM

+ $1 per hour CNA Premium

• Active TN CNA Certification

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Caregivers within Montgomery County, TN! Unlike Facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care Provides One-on-one Care In Our Clients' Homes. Because Every Client Has Different Needs, Schedules Are Built Around

• Your willingness to travel (Up to 30 miles)

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week. Home Care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as clients' needs change. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for you while ensuring every client receives exceptional care.
