Assisting Hands Home Care in San Antonio provides non-medical, in-home care for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals needing post-operative support. Our licensed, bonded, and trained caregivers offer personalized services including companionship, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and 24/7 care.

Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support to seniors and individuals in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to ensure they receive care that respects their choices and preferences, always maintaining their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist clients with meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Engage clients in meaningful companionship activities to enhance their quality of life.
4. Monitor and document client progress and changes in health status.
