Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to maintain their dignity and independence.
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration to ensure dietary needs are met.
• Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
• Complete necessary documentation and report any changes in client health or behavior to appropriate team members.
