SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors in Medina and surrounding communities. You’ll provide companionship, help with daily routines, and encourage independence in a warm, respectful setting.

We value compassionate, dependable team members who communicate well and can pass a background check. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and referral bonuses are offered to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• A positive attitude, caring nature, and willingness to help.
