SYNERGY HomeCare of Medina is seeking caring caregivers to serve Medina, Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Akron and surrounding communities. You’ll provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and daily living support in clients’ homes.

No medical background required—just a heart to help. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, direct deposit, and opportunities to grow while making a real difference in seniors’ lives.

Qualifications

• No medical experience required; heart to help.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation
• Able to pass background screening
• Excellent communication and empathy
