Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is urgently seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, daily pay option, and a supportive team environment. Positions available Full or Part Time with weekends or overnights.

Training is provided and benefits include health/dental insurance and referral bonuses. Responsibilities include helping clients with daily activities, mobility, personal care, meal prep, and companionship, while maintaining a safe, caring home

Qualifications

• Some caregiving experience is preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, mobility, and companionship.
• Assist clients with mobility, medications reminders, transportation, and daily living tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• 18 years of age or older

• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent

• Authorized to work in the US

• Driver's license with vehicle

• Some Caregiving Experience Preferred

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
