Right at Home in Alabama is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our team. We prioritize flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment so caregivers feel cared for and can deliver the best care.

Positions are full- or part-time with weekends, weekdays, mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts. We offer weekly pay, daily pay via TapCheck, a weekend differential, health/dental options, paid training, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license with vehicle
• Some Caregiving Experience Preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
