HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities maintain independence and dignity in their own homes in Anchorage, Eagle River, and Mat-Su Valley.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Offer medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments as authorized.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
