Who would I work for?

You'd be hired directly by the person you care for, not by an agency. You won't be one more name on a rotating schedule. You'll build a real relationship with one client. Support Broker Services, LLC introduces you and walks you through hiring. After that, it's you and your client working together. Their care is funded through Wisconsin's IRIS or Family Care program.

What would I be doing?

• Helping with personal care and hygiene in a way that builds independence.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, and keeping the home tidy and safe.
• Companionship: conversation, doing activities together, and simply being there.
• Helping your client work toward the goals and hobbies that matter to them.
• Driving to appointments, errands, and grocery and pharmacy runs.

• A valid driver's license, insurance, and your own vehicle (driving is part of the job).
