Job summary

Just Checking In LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to join our team serving the Madison area. You will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with ADLs, meal prep, and companionship.

We value reliability, clear communication, and the ability to work independently; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Competitive pay, tuition assistance, and performance-based bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home health aide experience preferred.
• Compassion, patience and reliability are essential.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and tidying living spaces.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client well-being.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability in a caregiving setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
