• Remind clients to take prescribed medications (no administering).
• Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisor or family.
• Follow individualized care plans with attention to dignity, safety, and respect.
• Maintain accurate care notes and communicate clearly with the care team and families.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal); CNA or HHA certification a plus

Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation (if providing transport)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Physically able to lift, assist, and perform light housekeeping

Comfortable working independently in a home environment

Patience and sensitivity when working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with memory challenges
