Requirements include an active Montana RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, strong English communication, and experience in home health. Bonus for gerontology or palliative training; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in home healthcare or similar setting.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' health conditions and needs.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, injections, infusions and other RN services.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.
• Educate clients and their families on health management and procedures.
