Home Instead Welwyn & Hatfield is seeking kind, dependable Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes. Visits are typically at least one hour, with travelling time paid at the hourly rate.

You’ll provide companionship, meals, light household help, and personal care after training, following a flexible schedule that respects your availability. Experience is welcome but not essential; reliability and communication are key.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience welcome but not essential.
• Reliability, respect and good communication are important.
• Ability to maintain an agreed work pattern and flexible shifts, including alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
