Job summary

americareplus seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home personal care in clients' homes in Virginia. Roles include assistance with hygiene, mobility, meals, and medication reminders, plus companionship.

Flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) and weekly pay are offered, with benefits for FT staff. Training is provided for PCA and ongoing development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and two professional references are required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
