Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Monitoring and documenting client health status.
• Observing clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns appropriately.
• Following established plans of care and physician orders.
• Assisting with medication-related services as authorized.
• Providing treatments and other nursing services as assigned and permitted.
